Perfect Thinkers Management owns and operates a diverse portfolio of real estate, hospitality, F&B, aesthetic beauty clinics, education & corporate training businesses. The organization’s legacy dates to 1982 when it started its 1st hospitality venture in Manali, HP.

Prashant Shandilya
Prashant Shandilya is strategic thinker, management guru & consultant at the forefront of providing corporate governance solutions and management of businesses, for over 25 years. With a corporate leadership trajectory, Prashant is active in different sectors of business, in India and abroad. He uses his vast experience in showcasing his ability to identify and capitalize on latest market trends.
Having double master’s in finance & strategic management from New Zealand, he has worked in various countries, including United Arab Emirates, Jordan, New Zealand, Qatar, Hongkong & India are few to name.
The director & principal consultant, Mr. Prashant has business stakes in India & having set up at Dubai Knowledge Park, Dubai UAE.
He has supported his associates across Indian subcontinent and Middle East, with corporate finance, strategic planning, setting internal controls and managing business risks.
Prashant has outsourced contracts from New York based company to provide trainings in Mena & African region.
He is a visiting faculty to universities and institutes in Dubai, where he provides discourses on finance, economics, statistics, business & management.
His also provide trainings to public sector employees on Public Financial Management, environment & finance, working with African governments Ministry of finance, to improve the productivity of employees.

Manjula Shandilya
A seasoned businesswoman with strong acumen ship for running business. Currently, at the age of 75, overseas the day today affairs of existing businesses, bringing in substantial growth for business. She has been managing hospitality businesses for almost 30 years and also looks after the assets under the umbrella.
